A little introduction

Hello avid blog reader!
Thanks for checking out my space :) I hope you're having a great day.

After hours of admiring and planning to make food from pinterest and allrecipes.com, I decided to motivate myself to actually learn to cook.

I will be going to college in the fall, and trying my best to avoid the dreaded Freshman 15....but no one eats healthy ALL the time....

So all the readers of this blog are going to witness what I cook for myself, and keep me healthy (I hope!), as a practice for when I get to school. I'll try to pick yummy, easy, different recipes that anyone will enjoy...feel free to post ideas :)

The rules: at least once a week, I have to cook a healthy dish, not from a microwave package. If I make a dessert, it does not count as the weekly dish unless I do a workout routine and post that as well. All ingredients, recipes, calories, and follies must be included.
